got back my personal profile test!!!
i am ISTJ!!! aka introversion, sensing, thinking, judging person.
not a big surprise though.
quiet, serious, hardworking, bla bla bla is of no interest to me.
its the STRESS part that is cool!
now i know i'm not the only one in the world that is like that. haa
more about me(:
energizers: i am comfortable in environments that do not require a great deal of competition, where there is little uncertainty and complexity; where i am supported and can support others with a minimum of conflict and where there is a predictable, organized and steady pace to the work itself. Job and personal security(i totally agree!) is key to me.
stressors: i find it hard to cope in environments where i feel the structure or procedures are inefficient or ineffective. i shun things that require me to think in broad strokes; like brainstorming, and conceptualising outcomes.
triggers: anything unknown.(yup!) the prospect of the unknown and previously unexperienced activities and situations is a common trigger for a grip experience. the anxiety associated with the unfamiliar and unimaginable future acts directly on my most unconscious arena.
stress experience: catastrophizing. fearful for the future. as i become more and more distressed, the negative projection of the future intensifies and wild imaginative proportions with high distrous outcomes surfaces, this might result in dire consequences of death, separation and destruction. (this is soooo true!)
remedies: i need to get away for some alone time in a nice pleasant, "nature" environment when stressed. i need to learn to prioritize and learn to ask and accept help from others. Often, once i hit rock bottom-whether real or imagined- the stress period expires.(hmmm)
career paths.
manager (dream on!!)
accountant ( a very probable career)
law enforcement (i can't even order other people around...)
school principal (i can't imagine myself as this!)
computer professional (interesting...)
